“We are put on this earth not for ourselves, but are placed here for each other. If you are there always for others, then in time of need, someone will be there for you” — Jeff Warner
Our Mission
After losing Michael, our family found that giving back to the community by volunteering was an amazing and productive way to deal with grief. This website serves as part of the outreach branch of our non-profit. We wanted to create a space where families who want to celebrate the lives of their loved ones who have worked unselfishly in any area of service, be it (military/law enforcement/fire fighter’s/medical professionals/teaching/community volunteers or any other essential worker) to connect with others, by sharing stories of their loved one who is no longer with us.
We will offer help and referrals to anyoneย sufferingย fromย mentalย health disorders, substance abuse, homelessness/displacement, food insecurity, employment needs,ย Jobย training or further education.
Someone is available to listen and offer comfort at your time of loss and during your grief 24hrs a day….If you need me just call..
Free wedding ceremonies provided to active-duty military and veterans (email or call for more information).
Our Founder

This non-profit was founded by Sandra Johnson-Carter, mother of P.F.C. Michael Anthony Carter Jr. In August of 2022, to offer comfort and support to those who have lost a loved one in any area of service both military and civilian. We hope to provide a platform for families and friends to come together and celebrate those that have passed on and unselfishly served their country or community by sharing stories, memories, and photos.
