PFC Michael Anthony Carter Jr. Highway Dedication Ceremony

On February 7, 2024, the PFC Michael Carter Jr. Foundation held a highway dedication ceremony for PFC Carter. His name was memorialized on a state highway sign on Route 13 where he was killed in a car crash due to a malfunctioning Lindsay X-lite guardrail terminal end-piece.

The program was attended by friends, family, state representatives, city police, military personnel, Gold Star Mothers, as well as the Maryland Patriot Guards.
